Growing up, I thrived outside but struggled when asked to stay still. I always felt like an animal stuck in a cage, sitting behind a desk, shuffling paper, fumbling through workouts, and then racing to bed wishing the day was over.

Continuous Improvement
Each workout is pre-planned to build on the progress from your previous session. All you have to do is show up.
Get Results
Every 6 weeks, we’ll do a comprehensive assessment to ensure you are tracking toward your goals, and we’ll adjust and progress your program accordingly.
Private In-Person Training
We train calisthenics, clubs, and bells. These ancient modalities utilize the natural and full range of human movement, teaching you holistic progressions of strength, control, and movement optimization.
Private Virtual Coaching
We know that your health, time and well-being are important – workout live with me wherever you are: at home or on the go.

Progress Checks
Homework
Each session you will be assigned homework that focuses on key concepts and skills acquisition. You will be provided with a workout journal and be given access to the program movement library to assist in the learning process.
Weekly check-ins
We meet to go over the homework and review your progress throughout the program. These check-ins will provide the next steps in your programming to ensure ongoing progress.
Every 6 weeks
We’ll do another full body comprehensive assessment to see how you’re tracking toward your goals and we’ll help you set new ones. The progress check will inform how we’ll progress through the next phase of your customized program so you continue to improve and get results.
