I am here to guide your transformation into a Stoic Hero, so that playing with your kids is effortless, your work/life balance is healthy, and self-care becomes consistent and enjoyable. All this can be achieved through movement, which flows through the active and mobile design of the human-animal.

I am all about making fitness the medicine that helps us maintain our health and come out on top. It is fitness that gives us the key to unlocking our full potential and moving into a successful future. Growing up, I thrived outside but struggled when asked to stay still. I always felt like an animal stuck in a cage, sitting behind a desk, shuffling paper, fumbling through workouts, and then racing to bed wishing the day was over. I spent years feeling disconnected from my body and continued to accumulate injuries even though I was participating in athletics, such as bodybuilding, powerlifting, and CrossFit. I was burnt out, constantly injured, and looking for an answer. That’s when I discovered steel mace and the way of flow. The Gada aka Steel Mace has become the focal point of my training platform because of its ability to grant access to pain-free movement, grace and strength. Stories like mine are all too common, but no matter what your goals, limitations, or fears might be, the answer is always the same. MOVE MORE. I quickly transitioned out of all things linear and embraced this ancient balanced dance of strength endurance, agility and flow, all while remaining toned, building muscle and gaining mobility. My programs teach clients to master their bodies so that they can experience the world from an objective point of view, and examine their fitness and lifestyle to create balance in their life.
