The 10&2 swing is all about momentum. It’s a smooth transition that starts with a whoosh as the mace swings back and then intensifies to a high-pitched slide when it reaches the front of your body.

Anyone else hear hear tones with movement? Maybe it’s just me, but isn’t it cool how exercises can have their own “soundtrack”?

Taming the Adex Club:

Practicing with a lighter weight like the Adex club is a great way to master the 10&2 form. This way, you can focus on the proper technique before adding heavier weights.
