Program Length: 6 Weeks
Our bodies have accommodated to sedentary living and as a result, we are seeing increases in injury, workplace burnout, and movement avoidance. For those who want to improve many aspects of their day-to-day life due to an underlying injury, this workshop is designed to make your life better from a functional point of view.
This program is designed to help EVERYONE. Whether you’re a complete beginner just starting your fitness journey or you’re a professional athlete, this program will improve your joint strength and resiliency, mitigate injury and pain, and improve the way you move. Becoming a stronger, more athletic, and healthier version of yourself.
My goal in creating this program is to help all of my students improve their well-being and achieve their health and fitness goals.
Program Breakdown
Phase 1: 3 Weeks
Activation
Here we learn the biomechanics of human movement by utilizing the body’s functional design. You will be educated in the language of human movement to improve form and function during training and everyday life.

- Foundation & Breath Work Training
- Neuromuscular Activation
- Controlled Articular Rotations
Phase 2: 3 Weeks
Expansion
Here we learn to increase functional strength, control, and resilience of your body to reduce physical stress such as restriction, pain, or stagnancy in your training.

- Functional Systems Training
- Controlled Articular Rotations – LVL2
- PAILs/RAILs – Joint Rehabilitation & Strength Training

Lacrosse Ball (Any handheld ball)

• Week 1 – 3 : Joint Decompression/Activation, Full Body Function, Spine Mobility
• Week 3 – 6 : Rehabilitation and Strength Applications /Outlet Function & Integration / Extremity Function & Integration
