Training Breakdown

Persian Meels

Increase strength endurance, mobility of spine, hips and shoulders, agility, coordination and balance, grip and core.

Gada - Aka Steel Mace

The Gada will take you through all three major planes of motion, this technique is great for building core strength, and sports performance.

Shena Board

The Shena enables a greater variety of push-ups, is a gentle on the wrists and enforces correct join alignments during dynamic body-weight movements.
