Train Outdoors. We train calisthenics, clubs and bells. These ancient modalities utilize the natural and full range of human movement, teaching you holistic progressions of strength, control, and movement optimization.
Your workout may include strength, mobility, cardiovascular exercise, or a combination, depending on your specific goals and needs. You’ll schedule sessions when (and where) it’s most convenient for you – in a private outdoor/indoor setting or with LIVE virtual training experience.

We know that your health, time and well-being are important – workout live with me wherever you are: at home or on the go. Whether you’re on a business trip, family vacation, or life adventure, fit your workout in easily and on your time.
All you need is a computer, tablet, or phone…and your personal trainer will take care of the rest!
Your workout may include strength, mobility, cardiovascular exercise, or a combination, depending on your specific goals and needs. You’ll schedule sessions when (and where) it’s most convenient for you – in a private studio suite or with LIVE virtual training.
