Steel Mace BioFlow
Recommended For: Intermediate – Advanced
Program Length: 8 Weeks
In this 8 week, course participants will be led through a Steel Mace Flow program utilizing concepts of Functional Range Conditioning in the acquisition of functional methods of flow, improving postural control, and increasing overall movement capacity.
Functional flow means you can perform weight lifting movements, sports, and daily life at a higher level. You’ll have greater resiliency to take on the demands of your lifestyle, and you’ll preserve more movement quality as you age. Whether you want to continue to play sports as you get older, play with your kids, or just live life without so much pain and tightness.
Program Breakdown
Phase 1: 3 Weeks
Structures of Strength
Here we learn our foundation of movement utilizing functional strength patterns and develop a “movement map” so you can begin integrating mace flow into your regular training.
I will teach how to utilize torque and rotational strength in motion.

Phase 2: 5 Weeks
Flow State Training
Here we learn to bend and warp our structures of strength to create lines of beauty through flow. You will be able to use the mace to develop your flow state training/meditation practices.
I will teach you how to create your own structures of strength and flow patterns to develop your skills as a Mace Artist.
